The data analysis service enabled the development of a medical Megafilter supported by expert knowledge, for the identification of potential positive patients with the following orphan (or rare) diseases: Gaucher, Fabry, Pompe and MPS I. Early detection allows for preventive treatments and optimisation of the health system budget.
