Data analytics platform using artificial intelligence for quality control in the production line, designed and implemented by BIOS, to take advantage of production data with the aim of supporting the monitoring and quality control of the production of fiber cement boards. In the first, a system was developed that finds the variables that increase the quality of the finished product by analyzing fiber cement boards to find correlations of relevant variables in the production process, as support for the search for factors that increase the quality of the finished product. The second is a pilot system for classification of fiber cement boards by artificial vision that allows the identification of boards in good condition and defective boards in the production line.
