In order for the prototype to provide sufficient efficacy under real-life conditions of use, it is required that the statistical methods of chemometrics must be refined until they can infer information on properties and particularities that allow chemical interpretation with sufficient significance.Benefits: increased efficiency in the generation and strengthening of new high-quality products, providing high value for their application in different companies in the food and beverage sector.
